应用与网站。 Obsidian Backup (rclone) 是个人用途的本地备份配置，不是在线笔记服务。rclone 在用户自己的 Mac 上运行，将用户 iCloud Drive 中的 Obsidian 文件同步到该用户自己的 Google Drive「obsidian」文件夹。本网站仅提供公开说明，不设登录或上传功能，不运行同步任务，也不接收笔记、Drive 文件或 OAuth 访问令牌。

Google 用户数据的访问范围

用户在 Google OAuth 同意页面批准后，本机 rclone 会通过 Google Drive API 访问同步所需的 Drive 文件内容及文件元数据，例如名称、文件夹位置、大小和修改时间，并可根据本机同步配置读取、创建或更新目标文件。若用户把同步命令配置为镜像同步，目标文件夹中本地已不存在的文件也可能被删除。

Google Drive 权限范围由用户在 OAuth 同意页面批准的 scope 决定，且可能允许访问超出目标「obsidian」文件夹的 Drive 文件。实际权限以 Google 授权页面为准；用户可先检查该页面，并可随时撤销授权。此配置不会为了备份目的读取 Gmail、Google Photos 或其他 Google 服务的数据。

收集与使用目的

从 Google APIs 获得的 Drive 文件内容和元数据仅用于用户明确请求的 Obsidian 文件同步、备份与恢复。rclone 会在本机比较文件并执行用户配置的同步操作。数据不会用于广告、出售、用户画像、与备份无关的分析，或通用 AI/机器学习模型的训练与改进。

本应用对从 Google APIs 收到的信息的使用和转移遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括 Limited Use 要求，并遵守 Google APIs Terms of Service。不会将 Google 用户数据交给第三方用于该用户请求的同步之外的目的。

本应用不会使用任何 Google API 或 Google 用户数据创建、生成、编辑或传播 AI 生成的非自愿亲密影像（AI NCII）。

数据流、存储与共享

数据流为：用户的 Mac 上的 Obsidian 文件 → 本机 rclone → 用户自己的 Google Drive。笔记内容、Drive 文件元数据和 OAuth 访问/刷新令牌由本机 rclone 处理或保存在用户设备的 rclone 配置中，不会发送到本网站运营者的服务器。

用户选择的备份文件会传输并存储在用户自己的 Google Drive 账号中，受 Google 的服务条款和隐私政策约束。除 Google Drive 为执行用户请求的同步所必需的服务处理外，本应用运营者不接收、不访问、不出售或共享这些文件和令牌。本网站托管服务可能按其自身政策处理基本网络请求日志；该日志不包含由本网站上传的笔记或 rclone 令牌，因为网站不提供文件上传或 OAuth 登录功能。

保留、删除与撤销

本网站运营者不保存 Google Drive 文件或 OAuth 令牌。用户可通过停止或删除本机同步任务来停止后续传输；删除本机 rclone 配置中的凭据以清除本机令牌；在 Google 账号的第三方应用连接设置中撤销授权；并自行删除 Google Drive 中的备份副本。云端备份的保留时间由用户的 Drive 账号与用户自行执行的删除操作决定。删除 Drive 副本不会自动删除本地或 iCloud 中的原始文件。

安全

OAuth 凭据保存在运行 rclone 的用户设备上。用户应保护该设备账号、磁盘和 rclone 配置文件，避免其他人读取凭据。网站没有接收这些凭据的功能。

Obsidian Backup (rclone) is a personal backup configuration. rclone runs on the user's Mac and synchronizes the user's Obsidian files from iCloud Drive to the user's own Google Drive folder named “obsidian”. After the user grants OAuth access, rclone accesses the Drive file content and metadata needed for the user's configured synchronization. The granted scope may technically be broader than that folder; users can review and revoke access in their Google Account.
